I like giving gifts all the time. The last gift I gave to someone was a pillowcase. A silk pillowcase for my girlfriend. I heard it’s good for your face. You don’t get any wrinkles and it’s good for your hair.

What would your autobiography be titled?

My autobiography? Wow, this is hard.  Hollywood all time Icon

If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?

I think I would be a cat in a rich house. [laughs] A loving house, where they feed you and love you. I can just cuddle and stay home and be all comfortable until I die. I think cats have the best lives.

Who’s your favorite Disney princess?

My favorite Disney princess is Princess Jasmine.

What would your best friend say is your worst quality?

My best friends always say that the worst quality that I have is that I’m too kind.

What would your best friend say your best quality is?

My best friend usually says my best quality is my great energy.

Define success to you.

I feel like anything you do as long as you do it genuinely and you don’t step on anybody’s back. You do it beautifully and gracefully then it’s a success. And it’s gonna last longer if it’s truthful and hard-earned.

What inspired you to pursue the career that you have?

My stepdad, he’s a pilot. And when I was little, he told me, “Jika, when I was little playing on the playground, I saw that airplane flying in the sky and I told myself, ‘One day, I’m gonna become a pilot.'”  He owns an aircraft company and has flown all the presidents from my country. So he’s a great example of motivation for me.  I was good at acting and comedy and dancing. I just wanna entertain people. That’s how I chose to be where I am at right now.

Where are you from, originally?

I’m from Kyrgyzstan. It’s close to Russia. It’s a little country that used to be a part of Soviet Union.  We speak Russian fluently and Kyrgyz which is similar to Turkish. We don’t speak English but we study it at school a little bit here and there.

You’re a public figure in the US now. As someone who’s not originally from here, how is that transition going?

Oh, it’s great. I feel like I’m blending in [laughs]. Hi, America, I’m one of you guys. Until you get to talk to me for more than hour, then you realize, “Oh, she got an accent.” I’m from Kyrgyzstan [laughs]

Who are your heroes?

My mom is my hero. She sacrificed a lot for me and my sister. She gave me whatever she could and I’m grateful for that. My mom and my stepfather, they’re my heroes and I’m so grateful.

What does it take to be an influencer?

You have to constantly be working on yourself, educate yourself and if you want to be an example and change the world you have to feed your brain. I want to inspire people and definitely wanna be a good example for those that need it. A lot of people are lost, so I wanna be great and show them that everything is possible.

How do you stay grounded?

I’m a person first of all, so to rise above all this hate. I understand, I’ve been there, we have all been there. Negativity is normal. We just have to be totally aware of what’s going on. I try to block all these things that I don’t need to know about and what people say. I just focus on the good things.

What are your goals for the future?

I’m on a mission out here in LA. The next goal, is to be in the movies, for sure.

If you could go back and give your younger self a piece of advice, knowing what you know now, and having done what you’ve done, what would that advice be?

I would just tell myself that everything is gonna be okay. Everything is gonna be great. Just be yourself and keep going.

What advise would you have for a young person who aspires to do what you do?

Don’t listen to anybody’s advice. That’s my advice [laughs] Always follow your dream. Sometimes even your parents don’t want you to succeed because they always want to have you around them, but you always have to know what’s best for you. You have to listen to yourself. Nobody else can tell you the right way to live your life. Listen to your inner god.

Is there anything else that you would like to go OnRCRD about?

A lot of people see the pretty picture on Instagram and they don’t even read the smart captions there, right? [laughs] So I just want them to pay more attention to what I’m trying to say.
